Bart is the recipient of the "Fuji Masterpiece Award" for the highest scoring (90) wedding album and a recipient of the "Kodak Gallery Award" for his highest scoring (97) portrait from the regional judging of the Professional Photographer's Society of New York State.
Bart is a past President of the Suffolk Professional Photographers, a past President of The Professional Photographers of Greater New York and is the immediate past President of The Professional Photographers' Society of New York State. Currently Bart is serving as Third Vice President of the Professional Photographers Association of New Jersey. Bart Stevens is one of New York's most highly acclaimed professional photographers.
While his studio is based in East Northport, his works and talents are recognized around the country. Bart has been involved in photography since 1985. An active member of the Professional Photographers of Greater
New York, Bart has been awarded many Best in Show, Best of the Best, First Place Wedding and First Place Portrait trophies.
Bart is a Master of Photography. The Master of Photography degree is awarded to only a few selected
individuals each year and is based on winning print competitions. Bart is also a Photographic Craftsman. The Photographic Craftsman degree 
is bestowed upon individuals who have exemplified great photographic knowledge and skill demonstrated by teaching and/or speaking at various schools of professional photography
and conventions. Bart has been invited to teach throughout the United States, Canada and Europe. It generally takes many years to attain Master and Craftsman status,
but Bart accomplished this in just five short years. Recently, Bart was awarded the Master of Electronic Imaging Degree. Currently he is one of only two photographers in New York State to hold all three of these degrees.
